Elite Skillset is operated by Global Talent Foundation Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We collect the minimum data needed to run the site and help you, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

• Email - only if you choose to give it. The interactive tools work without it; you may optionally leave an email to have guidance sent to you.
• Basic analytics - page views, clicks, device type, and approximate (city-level) location, via cookies. We use Google Analytics and Matomo to understand which guides are useful.

How we use it

• To send you the guidance you requested.
• To improve our guides and measure which ones actually help.
• If you ask to be matched, to introduce you to a vetted independent specialist.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with our own team and, where you explicitly request it, a specialist you ask to be connected with.

Cookies

We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Matomo). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
